Teaching

TBDH teaching materials offer a growing collection of pedagogical resources developed by TBDH’s interdisciplinary team of faculty, graduate students, and collaborators. These resources are designed to support educators in incorporating transborder perspectives and critical digital methods into their teaching.

This section includes sample syllabi, workshop materials, and adaptable assignments that reflect the core values of TBDH: community-engaged learning, critical digital practice, and a commitment to amplifying voices across and beyond borders. Our translingual resources foreground the experiences, histories, and cultural productions of borderlands-transborder communities while preparing students to create and analyze digital work with an awareness of its ethical and political implications.

We encourage educators to explore, adapt, and build upon these materials in their classrooms. If you use or reference any of the teaching content provided here, please be sure to cite TBDH and the individual creators. Proper citation acknowledges the labor of our team and promotes a culture of attribution and reciprocity in open-access educational resources.
